We've just had our initial meeting, but she made me feel really comfortable and at ease. She's very approachable and is obviously very knowledgable about nutrition and fitness. When I first came to Vicki, I was having a tough time staying motivated to continue working out on a regular basis. I always would start; last a few weeks and then just stop and return to my old habits. Training with Vicki revamped my whole attitude towards working out. I started to enjoy it, then even crave it. Vicki makes working out not just challenging for me, but fun as well. She has a great spirit and is always encouraging. Dont get me wrong though, she pushes me when I need it but its worth it. I always feel a natural high after each training session. I would recommend Vicki as a personal trainer to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, challenging and kick-butt trainer! John is an absolutely amazing coach and mentor. When I first started training with him I was unsure of the fitness route I wanted to take. He helped me find my passion with Olympic lifts and improve my form and technique! I also trained BJJ and boxing techniques with him and learned so much! I highly recommend him for anyone of any fitness level, from beginners to the more advanced. He's always willing to push you so you reach your full potential!

Janelle has been my personal trainer for five years. When I started training with her she developed an exercise program for me that combined fitness and flexibility exercises. That program and good diet advice helped me lose 66 pounds and become stronger and more energetic. A few years ago I had health issues that required surgery and an extended hospital stay and home recovery time.. As a result I lost a significant amount of muscle. I resumed training with Janelle early in my home recovery. She used a new training program designed to build muscle and regain flexibility while I slowly recovered from surgery. We now train using a rotating series of exercises to maintain and improve my overall fitness. Janelle is very good at what she does. She is committed to helping me maintain good physical health. And she is friendly, kind and caring.

Michelle is the best personal trainer. She takes the time to get to know where your fitness level is and makes a workout designed just for you. I often told her it didn't feel like a workout while doing it, but I sure saw results very shortly!
Shane is very knowledgeable about physical fitness. He is easy to work with, pushing your limits, but not aggressively. He understands physical limitations and tailors the exercise routine to those. I would highly recommend him.

Jennifer is outstanding!! She is the ultimate professional. Completely knowledgeable in everything to do with fitness, strength, core strengthing, balance and anything else to do with fitness. With her training I have lost 50 pounds. When we started training my lower back was in great pain and I had trouble bending over.
