Virginia handles the online requests and she as awesome to work with. The online portal was extremely convenient compared to passing paper back and forth, and she was timely, which is pretty important when dealing with the IRS. My total costs ending up exceeding the initial quotation, but since my situation required some additional filing and was more complex than perhaps I thought, I happily paid the price. I paid less to the IRS this year than in the past 10+ years, so you can bet I will be using this tax service again next year! My savings easily offset the cost of the service. Don't hesitate if you're in a tough spot, in a hurry, etc - just call Kay's Tax Service and put your mind at ease!

• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  Our pricing is very fair and comparable to the market in Florida. It may be less than other states and might be considered higher in some states. Get an estimate and see how we compare

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  I like to talk to the client on the phone and get an idea of what they need. Then we get an email address to activate our portal. We send an email to give instructions on how to use our portal and download instructions for your cell phone. All documents can be uploaded to the portal and we offer electronic signatures on our portal. Payments are accepted on the portal also. We're always available for questions by phone, text, email, and chat features.
