- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am open to all budgets and can work especially well with small businesses. I also do special discount pricing for non-profits.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always sit down and talk with my customers to build a road map. Your vision is the destination and it's our job to guide you to it. What is your end goal? How do you see yourself using this service? Where does this end product best belong, so that you can make the most of it? These are just a few question we ask, so that we accomplish the two reasons we do what we do. To create and make visions into a smile.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Two years vocational college in video production and four years field work. A certification in Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop. Five years of in the field photography experience.
