Introduction: Balance Pilates & Yoga Centers offers two locations serving Manatee and Sarasota Counties in the Tampa Bay area of Florida. Specializing in fitness with a mind/body focus, both locations are full-service Pilates equipment training centers, and equipped with the finest cutting-edge Pilates equipment manufactured by Peak Pilates including 15 reformers, 10 Tower/Cadillacs, 12 Peak MVe Fitness chairs, 3 high/electric chairs and a full complement of barrels, ped-o-puls, and smaller auxiliary equipment that will allow our clients with the greatest variety in their training methods. Providing group classes, personal and duet training, Balance strives to maintain their boutique, personalized, and friendly atmosphere while providing the latest in exercise and fitness techniques. To provide great variety in training methods, we also offer Balletone dance-based exercise classes, ActiveCor suspension training, and TRX suspension training, as well as a wide-variety of yoga classes. With highly-trained teachers specializing in back pain rehabilitation, post-surgical rehabilitation, sports specific training, pre/post natal exercise, and the needs of older clients, Balance offers the latest in training modalities making us the premier fitness studio in the area. Home to Connie Borho, international master teacher trainer with 30 years of experience in the fitness industry, Balance Pilates & Yoga Centers is also a teacher training and continuing education site for fitness instructors in the mind/body area of fitness.
