- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Scour the little competition that there is out there and understand what the person retained can do and cannot do. Can s/he testify as an expert witness in court? Can s/he provide the client's lawyer with questions on direct and cross examination for all witnesses, but especially opposing expert witnesses? Can the person retained clearly integrate science and the law and assist counsel in a strategy that not only clears the accused client's name in court, but protects same forever in the future. - Dean Tong, MSc. abuse-excuse.com
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Why most of the cases I deal with do NOT involve "coaching" a child. In my profession, the word "coaching" is so misunderstood.
