- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Handyman Services in our area range from $45 - $75 an hour. We generally charge $50/hr not including materials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we are contacted by the client, we either speak with the client over the phone about their project, or if needed, we schedule an appointment for a free estimate. Within 24 for hours, we email the proposal to the client. A deposit (if any) will be required at acceptance of proposals. All deposits are non-refundable. At receipt of deposit, we schedule a start date of the project with the client. Balance payment is due upon completion of the project.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with private home owners as well as realtors/property managers that needed assistance with home improvement in their rental properties.
