Joe got right back to me when I put in a request for an estimate, he also stayed in communication with me as I was waiting to sign papers on the purchase of my home. His prices were very reasonable compared to other quotes I got.
He was nice enough to let me know my carpet came in sooner than expected and he came out on a Saturday to install it instead of waiting until Monday, that meant a lot to me!
Joe and his team are great people and did a wonderful job. Joe seems to be a good family man and I appreciate that in a person.

Darian Newberry replaced carpet with laminate wood in a couple of bedrooms, replaced upgraded carpet in another bedroom, and installed vinyl plank with a wood finish in my garage. He did an outstanding job and was very responsive to my needs. I would highly recommend his work and company to others. Cost wise, they were competitive with other local firms.

Joe was his crew were awesome! First off, Joe came over to our house with samples, we chose one and he was able to schedule an insulation less than a week later. The price was great and the installation was fast and easy. We love the carpet, too!! Highly recommended! I can't wait to use My Floor Connection again!!

Joe was a pleasure to work with. He was very flexible with my difficult schedule, and more importantly, which the time crunch we were in for the install. He brought me samples of exactly what I was looking for, as well as a step lower and higher in quality/grade, but was never pushy or trying to upsell me. Rather, he gave me good honest advice, and did an excellent job on the install for a very reasonable advice. Best of all, he's a local businessman (vs big box store), and you can definitely tell in the personal attention he provides to his clients. I know who I'll be going back to for my carpet needs in the future :)

A+. Very quick to respond, show up for measurement, and install. They were even willing to come back out a second time so "the boss" could pick the final carpet and color. This was the best experience I've had with any type of contractor in the 13 years I've owned my home. Highly recommended.
