The girls did a great job with our dogs. They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable. They handled our Zoey who is an older dog, with kidd gloves. We'll be back!

First appointment set and Elizabeth informed me (only when I reached out to them) about groomers ETA. She informed lady would be on time although at the end of the window from 12-2. Sadly the groomer texted me at 225 to advise she was on her way. Absolutely ruined my entire afternoon waiting for a company like this who doesn’t respect their new customers time and is not transparent or honest. At 235 I decided to cancel and find another company who values customers time and a company hungry from new business. Be weary of this if hiring company. Plus ask for discount based on others pricing matches. Lesson learned
