Terrible customer service! Would not refer to anyone. Requested a quote for a home remodel. What a joke and waste of time. Zero professionalism, extremely terrible communication. Would not hire. Didnt show up on time, wouldnt return calls.. WELL TO ADD TO THAT. I was going to change my original review as it was only after I left the review did we get a quote from you. You are right it was a waste of time, you paid for the lead, went there and said over and over you were going to send it to us. Which you never did nor return even so much as a phone call, as I explained yes I am old with Cancer out of state receiving treatment which is why my NEIGHBOR let you in the house. Only to have you tell me yes it was coming but never did. Simple communication goes a long way. I waited TWO weeks before leaving a review. Obviously you can see by his response.. I am a 71yr old veteran with Cancer who's home was broke into. Thanks again for your help. On top of that there was only 2 responses I received on Thumbtack. You can see why its a good idea to shop around...

I would not recommend this contractor. Did not show up to the appointment for initial inspection or call to reschedule.

We spoke over the phone..we communicated well enough to put the job in motion over the phone.. ordered material had it delivered. Most of the material was on site. .to get the job done in one day and would of been if the supplies where available ..overall I'm fortunate to of found someone in short notice to get the job done..deck and ramp looks tip top thank you..
