Mr. Barnes just replaced our entire air conditioner system and repaired some adequate but less than satisfactory duct work. The exceptional quality and service claim is indeed true. From the beginning, Mr. Barnes was patient and thorough in explaining options and costs to an inquisitive (to put it kindly) customer. The decision made, Mr. Barnes arrived when he said he would, and completed the whole job the same day. His workmanship is first class and he left the site clean. The inspector had many nice things to say about equipment selection and workmanship. Target Air Conditioning was recommended to me by several friends, all very pleased with Mr. Barnes service. Not only does Mr. Barnes do a great job up front explaining options, and great work on repairs and installations, he is a very pleasant person and never difficult to reach. I am very pleased with the quality of work that was done by Target Air. There was an estimate given prior to the work being done, and when it came time to have the work done Art arrived promplty.He completed the project in the alloted time period. Art was very professional, courteous and, performed the job exactly as he had explained it to us. We will certailnly use Target Air in the future for any A/C related work and would HIGHLY recomend him to anyone who asked.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Continuing education is a requirement for State Certified Air Conditioning Contractors in the state of Florida. The state requires 14 hours of class time that is approved by the state covering the business and trade side of air conditioning in order to renew your license. The field is ever changing and it is important to attend classes from air conditioning manufacturers as well. Remember, a knowledgeable contractor can diagnose and repair problems faster and correctly the first time to keep your heating and cooling system operating at its peak performance.
What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common types of jobs that we typically run in to are air conditioner repairs. The heat and humidity in Fort Myers and Cape Coral can combine for some of the most unbearable weather in the summer and our air conditioning systems have to work exceptionally hard to keep up with the demand. Repairs are typically minor and inexpensive. It is important to note that most breakdowns are due to improper installation by the installing contractor.
