- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our service for preventative pest control is charged every two months. We come out to your property once every two months to treat the exterior. If you ever have any problems, there’s no charge for us to come back in between your scheduled maintenance services. We guarantee our treatments 100%
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we will treat the interior and exterior during your initial visit. Interior treatments are very non-invasive and minimal. The exterior is a perimeter treatment around the house to prevent pest from coming into your home. After your initial service, we come by every two months to treat the exterior as a preventative maintenance service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our pest control technicians are certified through the Florida Department of agriculture. We carry all proper licensing for pest control and termite control and termite preventative. We pride ourselves in continuing education so that we are always up-to-date with the latest products and safety regulations.
