- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I really don't. I used to work for Home Depot so basically I price my jobs economically to what Home Depot would charge to come out and do it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Basically listening and offering multiple options with the urgency of "NO RUSH"
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took a two year course with a community college in construction management and self taught myself that safety is and will always be our major concern followed by great customer service and patience when listening to the customer!
