This is the worst company to deal with. Called them about a mold problem. The tech came out and did a test. Said we would have results in 4 days. 14 days later we got the call. It was decided to go with this company to get rid of the mold. Was told it would be scheduled around our schedule. It was not. They showed up with air scrubbers, taped off air ducts and would be back the next day to clean the effective area. Ask the tech about running the air conditioner. One tech said no the other said yes. Common sense, if you tape some of the registers, not to run the air. Was told the affected areas, registers, ducks, air conditioner unit, walls and ceilings, would be washed with a special chemical . Two men were here at 9:30 to clean and left at 12:00. I know all the walls were not cleaned, furniture was not moved. Two bedrooms were never done. One room still had mold on the register. The office was called and told about the mised room. Noone wver called back and no one returned to finish the cleaning. At that time the air conditioner unit was not cleaned. I would have thought it would be done te same day. It wasnt until your office was called that someone came out for the air conditioner unit. A week after the so called cleaning was done. That tech was told to service the unit and knew nothing about mold cleaning, which he did nothing to clean the mold. That was about two or more weeks ago. Was told someone would be back to retest for mold. As of this date nothing has been done. Your techs do not know what they are talking about. Your staff does not return calls when there us a problem. You have failed to do what you stated your company will do. You have a very poor way to run a business and I will be sure to let everyone know of your very unprofessional and shady business.
