- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If it is insurance, we work your insurance company to get your home restored. If you are not insured we will still work with you and pricing will be determined before we are hired.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to view the property and then give a price. It makes no sense giving a blind estimate over the phone. You would not by a car with out seeing it first?
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am State Certified. Every year we do continuing educational courses and go to trade shows to learn about new technology that the industry has to better serve our clients.
