Best decision I ever made was to engage Ranae's Event Planning in the final two weeks of wedding planning, so on the DAY OF I wasn't running around taking care of the ten thousand little details that make up a wedding day. Our coordinator, Heather, was a quiet, professional, efficient, and totally trustworthy presence on my daughter's wedding day, and helped make it a flawless event.
We hired Econo catering for our wedding on January 21, 2017. Everyone loved the food and the service was great, too. The set up was great so we had minimal waiting in line time for our guests to get their dinner. The staff was great and very professional. Thanks for all of your help on our special day!
I reached out to April with extremely short notice this past February for my boss' annual Super Bowl festivities, which have gotten more elaborate each year, and span over several days. I posted a listing for some extra "help with balloons" on Thumbtack, thinking I just needed help with that task, which is a big one. April was the first person to respond! Very personable and professional, April called to find out all of the details of my own vision for the party, and then assured me that she could do as much or as little as we needed. This woman is a PRO at party-planning!! My own "to-do" list began dwindling down to peanuts as April took on more and more of the things I needed done! I felt the weight just lifting off of my shoulders. Once she had our requests in mind, she went shopping for everything that we required, while keeping in touch via text and phone call, kindly sending photos from the store to allow me to weigh-in on some selections before she purchased them. She visited numerous places for what we needed, when many stores were out of stock (N.E. Patriots Gear). Utilizing the help of her assistant, Sierra, April arrived early each day of our event to set up, and was done on time each day. We had two major events that weekend, both with completely different themes, and April set up and then broke down ALL of the decor for both. There was never a need to watch over her shoulder and wonder if it was going to look ok. April even coordinated directly with our party furniture rental crew and caterers to make sure that she had all of the necessary info! She carried out our wishes, and also managed to seriously exceed our expectations!! Things that we never thought of doing, she added to our party decor and it looked fantastic! Our guests, roughly 80-100 people each night, were raving about how amazing the decorations were!! I cannot believe I never reached out for help with this super stressful event weekend sooner. Now that I have April in my phonebook, I will ALWAYS contact her for events. No matter how large or how small, this woman is the one that you need to be calling. Party planner extraordinaire- April- THANK YOU for making my job so much easier. You were truly a godsend.
This wonderful lady, decorated and put together everything I nedeed/ wanted on my wedding day. I did not have to worry about how everything was going to look when I walked in as Mrs. Cole for the first time. Everything was so beautiful and artistically set into place for us. I think I hired Catherine in March 2017 for my small 4/21/17 wedding and she was undoubtedly one of my 3 Angels! Her Instagram feed was key in choosing her- all the amazing work she has done for events made it easier to see her style and creativity. What I like the most about her is her enthusiastic personality- she can easily become your best friend from the moment you start communicating and you can rest assured she will take care of what you need ;) In my case, the reception decor and floral design. I have been planning my wedding for more than a year, I pretty much knew what I wanted and what I had the budget for. Since it was more convenient for me to own than rent, I went shopping everywhere (from local stores to online stores) and purchased the following after consulting with her: 1) most of the decor items- I rented a few ones from her and my coordinator-, 2) linens, 3) flowers, 4) vases and flower supplies, etc. She helped me with my bouquet and boutonnieres the day prior to the wedding, and on the day of, I basically entrusted her with all the items to 'play with', and she did NOT disappoint. Our reception venue (my parents' house) looked sooo elegant and beautiful!, everyone of my guests are still talking about it :D THANK YOU SO MUCH Cat, for bringing my vision to life and enhancing it!!! <3
