Gordon was great to work with. He was prompt at communication as well as arrival on site. He quoted me a fair price and did what he needed to do to get the job done. I had him install a kitchen range hood vent and had him connect the new duct work to my existing roof vent, so that it is a fully functional kitchen vent.

Update: Was experiencing issues with A/C after pro left. Scheduled an additional appointment and pro never showed up. When I contacted him, he said that he didn’t know how the Thumbtack appointments worked and most people called him directly, but the appointment worked fine for the first visit. Hired another company to come out and they totally fixed the problem without any issues. I wouldn’t call this company again. I’d go with my other choice. Wonderful experience. Very communicative. Called when on their way. Showed up on time. Fixed things quickly and got us comfortable again in no time. Was friendly and professional.
