- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is tailored to meet the needs big or small of our clients. It starts with square footage or cleaning space and then molds into the needs of the client. Some clients have special needs for certain flooring while others have specialized equipment that needs specific instruction in regard to servicing. Either way we have a solution and we have had the wildest needs from 400 ft high Ferris Wheels to marble floors and complex layouts of schools.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is to schedule a time that works for the client to come out and discuss the cleaning area, details, frequency and needs. We then submit a proposal free of charge to the client explaining the cost and details of what they are searching for. Should they review and wish to start with our services we establish a cleaning team, train them on the details and walk through the job details also introducing them to the customer and then upon request we start the services. After services begin we invoice net 30, operations works with the client and checks in on all services and jobs and we begin building a long lasting relationship with our clients with focus on consistency, integrity and quality cleaning.
