I had at least 8 documents needing 2 witnesses and a notary. Mr. Waters came to my house and completed the needed work in short order. He was very personable and easy to work with. I would definitely use him again.

This guy is TOP GUN. The Reverend Mr. Waters is a great man. Honest and trustworthy to a fault. He was on time as promised and extremely meticulous about his work. He spent extra time to carefully review every element of my document for me to make certain that every signature was in place and the lines completed as required. I've had a lot of Notaries but none so thorough as Steve Waters. I will call on him again and again. At the end--he offered a much needed positive message. What a blessing and wonderful experience.
