- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you ask about price... please go to another caterer / chef. If you want an un-forgettable experience, please do not confuse price with value~! I have no price structure... each event is unique~!!! I have never taken advantage of any situation and all of my guest have become friends, repeat customers and so that proves value is there~
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know my new friend is the first step. Once I know their likes and dislikes, we can go from there. Because we are all unique individuals, so is your event. So I start every new event with a blank piece of paper and when we are done, you have your event!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I continuously am studying the world of food~ It is ever growing and changing and like people... food is fun to keep learning about~
