Introduction: My Goal daily is to always edify,encourage,and comfort at all times. To always attempt even at the first session or meeting to attempt to responsibly reduce blame and overwhelming guilt to begin the process of self forgiveness and self acceptance. This kind of committed approach requires one to jump in with an over the top empathic heart of service to rescue and restore the wounded heart. I have fervently attempted maintain this type of committment to care and this has assisted in much better than average outcomes. I am honored and greateful that I am able to serve in this very needed area of care. Dr. Knight is a Diplomate with the American Board of Medical Psychotherapists and Psychodiagnosticians ,American Association of Integrative Medicine , American Board of Psychological Specialties and American Psychotherapy Association. He holds PhDs in Psychology and Counseling and is Florida Licensed. He practices with an emphasis on mood, personality,and relational care. Dr. Knight is a skilled therapist who is knowledgeable, warm, and intuitive. With a down-to-earth and straight-forward style, he is able to help couples and individual clients get to the bottom of their concerns and to free themselves from paralyzing behaviors and self-sabotaging coping styles. In a skillful and sensitive manner he encourages the focus on finding productive ways to improve, resolve and heal painful situations. Clients who have worked with Dr. Knight report how this experience has changed their lives. And how they have become aware and are now able to correct self-destructive behaviors. Dr. Knight’s guidance and direction has taught them new coping skills and better ways of understanding their emotions.
