The more you want to fight for what you want and against what the other party wants, the more it will cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a phone call to know what exactly they hope for in the process and what they see as an ideal endpoint. Then I gather information and discuss a strategy that may most effectively accomplish this goal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Apart from the law degree, life experience and the 22 years practice of family law, I continue to study.
