    Our family had a terrible experience with Susan!!!!!! She held an estate sale for our family and it was the most unorganized,untrusting, and disgraceful ordeal we have ever had to go through. When arriving at my parents the house was in shambles with items strewed all over. Clothes and items were being burnt in the back yard and MY jewelry on her hands. Have tried many times to contact her for reports needed for tax purposes and she would never answer her phone or emails. This girl is a thief and I would never recommend her to anyone!!!!!

    I enjoyed meeting Susan. Susan is a pro !!! I have lived in Florida for 48 years and the owner of Bee's Treasures. I also do Estate Sales,.and well known in Belleair, Clearwater, Dunedin ,Palm Harbor,& Tampa Area for 1o years. She is very fair and wants to move the items.I would enjoy being part of her team.I love to work with people that enjoy what they do and know what they are doing.Looking forward to going to her other Estate Sales.

    Susan is such a good person and has the BEST estate sales. She is very fair with her prices, as some in the area tend to price their sale items too high. I've recommended Susan to many people and a lot of them already know about her and like myself, follow her sales around the area.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. We do the job quickly, efficiently and with great results. My team and I go in and start organizing, pricing, and advertising right away. Our sales last a week. When the sale is done, we will make sure the house is swept clean and empty. Your check is on the way on Monday.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I am blessed to have a job that I love. Each Monday is a new treasure hunt. You never know what you will find in the next drawer or pocket! And then I get to sell it. The people that arrive are hoping to find treasures and I am sure we will have them. I list lots of pictures so they know the type of treasures they are going to find at each sale.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Can I get it for less?.... Not on the first day. Everything is 1/2 price on the last day.
How do I know where you will be next?... Sign up on my website.
What do you charge? My commission is 1/3 of the sale. You give me the stuff to sell and the place to sell it. I pay for all advertising, assistants. signage and supplies.
We have a local thrift shop that will come and clear out anything that might not sell and you get the tax write off.
If you have any special requests we will try to make that happen also.
We learn sommething new at each sale. Make a request we haven't had yet and we wil search for a way to make it happen.
