- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing is straightforward and easy to choose on our website. select how many rooms you need cleaned and add on any special requests and you get your price! we also give discounts for weekly, biweekly, or scheduled routine cleanings booked together.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
typically a customer will go on our site and book a cleaning specifying which rooms and cleaning addons they would like. We do call customers if the job seems to need a lot of specific work done that doesnt fall under our generic categories to make sure we can fulfill the needs. our cleaners show up either alone or in a small team depending on size of home or business and you get to choose between no added scent (just the smell of cleaning) or to have either a vanilla or grapefruit candle scent burned during cleaning to leave a nice refreshing smell. we like to follow up with customers after to make sure they are satisfied!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
make sure they are easy to communicate with and that they ask questions to get things done right on the first appointment,. dont be afraid to correct them or to discuss things you want done better!
