Introduction: We are a full service architectural and interior design firm specializing in adaptive re-use, renovations, façade improvements and tenant improvements. We have been in business for over six years. We are actively involved in new shell and built-out buildings, classrooms/training, multi-purpose buildings, retail, convenience stores, restaurants, office, medical office, educational, manufacturing, warehouse, and multi-family projects. EMPAD is currently licensed in Florida, Georgia, Carolina’s and Texas and can obtain license in any other state as needed. We have our office in Clearwater, FL and have associates in Atlanta GA, Jacksonville, FL and Greenville, SC. EMPAD can provide due-diligence services for research of existing facilities for ADA, code, structural, etc. problems. We can also investigate for energy savings, cost segregation, tax incentives, optional energy sources and Green Building.
