oh such a great experience so far with master restoration we had Josh and isaiah out today to remove our soaked laminate flooring. from start to today they have stayed in communication with us letting us know the next steps and quick and efficient on get our home back to normal. thankyou to josh and isaiah for everything they have done.

I was very impressed with Will and Taylor from Master Restoration.. they came out the very day that I called my insurance company to report the damage from a very heavy wind storm and they got on it right away to assess the damages and start lining up the necessary companies to fix the damage. On the very same day they sent two other gentlemen from Master Restoration with equipment to dry the areas that needed to be dried out before being repaired. Now they will start scheduling the work that needs to be done. I would recommend Master Restoration to anybody that needed help with restoring damage to their home or even remodeling. And I can tell you that Will and Taylor were very professional and very nice to deal with as well as the other two gentlemen that came out later in the day. Thank you Master Restoration!

Taylor & Will were up on my roof the day I called the company. Not the next day or next week. The same day I called. Taylor told me exactly what he was going to do. He even sent me pictures while on the roof. The guys were awesome. I will definitely be calling them again. Thank you guys!

I had an emergency where I needed water extraction quickly and affordably, as a carpet and pad had gotten soaked with clean water. Master Restoration sent Josh in less than an hour. He was very pleasant, professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable. He also put some plastic sheeting under the legs of a dresser that had gotten wet, and pointed out where a nightstand had also had the legs get wet, so I was able to move it out of the room onto drying cloths. He explained the reasoning for the best positioning of my fans, and explained why it would be best to have him leave their "floater" fan in place overnight. What a great and quick resolution to what could have turned into a big disaster! I would recommend this company to anyone who has any type of flooding issue. They do much more than the simple extraction we needed, and with employees like Josh, I know they will do a great in all their endeavors on their customers' behalf. Thanks, Josh! And Thanks Master Restoration for having the good sense to hire Josh!
