- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Many of our jobs are a flat fee for the service, plus the cost of groceries. This allows the client to choose whatever menu item they'd like without having to follow a set menu offered by many companies.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you make contact, we will set up a time to discuss your needs, preferences, and budget. We have standard menus for many of our services but if you have specific dietary guidelines, you'll receive a menu made just for you. Once we set on the date/time of your service and your menu, you will receive an invoice via PayPal. The invoice will need to be paid by a previously discussed deadline. Then, on your scheduled date, we will show up with everything we need for your service. All you have to do is answer the door and relax while we handle everything else, including cleaning the kitchen and taking out the trash.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Your chef graduated with honors from the Le Cordon Bleu Programme Culinnaire. The Kitchen Crusader has been in business over 15 years. We are constantly paying attention to what is going on in the food world, learning new techniques, the hippest ingredients, and the latest nutrition information.
