FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have standard pricing for our services listed on our website at www. a1pest .biz. These are base prices but generally are the prices our clients pay unless there is something else going on like the size of structure or infestation size. The tactics that MOST companies teach their employees is this: Get as much out of them as you think you can get and hone in on scare tactics. I know this to be true because I was one of those employees that this was said to when I asked about pricing. Companies that do this using the "it all depends on your situation and size" comment is full of it. Standard pricing should be the norm and not a secret!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introducing ourselves and the what they can expect and what we can expect from them. Identifying all pest issues and any structural or environment issues that can or is impacting the pests they see.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All pest control companies are "supposed" to take CEU's (continuing education units) every year their license is to be renewed. We also stay on top of new products and research through University Entomology Departments.
