Introduction: Hello! I am an experienced yoga instructor who loves sharing the gifts of yoga with everyone I meet. I have been practicing yoga for over 15 years, and have been teaching for over 5 years.
I teach hatha yoga, power yoga, restorative yoga, yoga 101 (intro to yoga), and other styles upon request. I also teach general wellness and fitness, PiYo and TRX for individuals or groups.
I have experience training private clients, corporate professionals, teams, athletes, and people who have injuries or bodily adjustments needed. I have trained swimmers, golfers, cross country runners, sprinters, waterskiiers and wakeboarders, and more.
