- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have a standard pricing system but every job is different. It is better for me to see what you are wanting done to provide a better price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I receive a call from a customer I get all their information first and then ask them what they are looking for. I make sure our schedules work, then set a date and time to come out and look at the job first hand.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in this field for over 13 years. I've done new construction and remodel.
