- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As diverse as clients needs can be, pricing and service are generally tailored to the occasion. Standard pricing on catered items for delivery; Same day wedding /event coordinating; Hostess and Servers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Open conversation to understand specific needs. Generally meet in an environment that is relaxing and neutral to allow creativity and needs to be generated. Budget is applied to the dream package and if necessary, modifications are applied. Clients are asked to choose 2 (sometimes 3) must have elements for the event. And 2(sometimes 3)things they do not want at the event. This sets the foundation to the planning process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor's Degree in Home Economics. Masters in Management. 10 years as a restaurateur. 15+years as a wedding planner. 20+years as a caterer.
