Chuck was extremely helpful in explaining the procedure using today's technology in piano tuning. Since my piano is very old, Chuck was very proficient in tuning my piano-- bringing the sound and tone to as close to what it may have been 70 years ago. We loved having Chuck come out and tune our piano. It had been such a long time since it’s last tune up but he knew just what to do to get it back in shape and it plays so beautifully again. He was so friendly and played the kids, “When you wish upon a star” before leaving. Can’t recommend more!
