- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our fees aren't standard but neither is our service ... several of our clients feel we give above and within an affordable cost to protect their investments whether it's one home/property or several. We have several services we offer from Property Management, Short Term Management/Vacation Rentals and Real Estate that give an extra touch to exceed our clients expectations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have several checklists and interview questions in place..... It's a two-way interview. Some of our clients don't have all the right answers so we go thru a list ... sometimes we take on the property for management, sometimes we take the property on for the sales department and sometimes it's best the client waits. We try to work on what's best for that situation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Absolutely. We are members of several National Organizations, attend several training sessions throughout the year exceeding our minimum required continual education hours and also attend legal seminars. We attend sessions instructed by property management specific and attorneys that specialize in property management law. By keeping up with our Property Management and Real Estate - we are able to help all our clients.
