I’ve never taken vocal lessons before, but thanks to Dirk, I now know my vocal range & have expanded it, I know proper techniques to warm up my voice, and I have become a much more confident singer. I’ve really enjoyed my lessons so far, and look forward to continuing to learn from him in the future.

I studied under Dirk while in college for 3.5 years. Loved him and learned so much from him during that time, so much so, that 5 years later, as a full-time worship pastor, I am studying under him again. He has strengthened my vocal abilities beyond what I could ever do on my own and I learn so much in my time with him.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We talk before the first lesson to see if the "fit" is right and then moved toward weekly lessons.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Once you have made contact with me, we would speak on the phone and find out the best path towards setting up a lesson and decide which type of online learning platform would work best.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have 30 years of teaching experience that covers many different student skill levels. From Middle school choirs and high school All County choirs, to working with and coaching professional singers at Walt Disney World. Adonai Music Studio teachers of voice, guitar, and piano have their Masters degrees in music and performance as well as years of performance experience.
