Depending on the type of damage. In some instances you may only be required to pay your deductible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We arrive to your property and conduct a free moisture assessment and then talk the property owner through found damages and discuss options of how to handle the job. Whether it qualifies as a possible insurance claim, meaning is the cause of damage from what is believed to be a coverable loss, is the amount of damage above your deductible or is this project simply going to be private pay
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a former insurance adjuster. I have also worked for a new construction company as a project manager, I have a water certification, a mold license, and was a new franchise trainer for Restoration 1 for several years with over 100 franchisee's trained in this industry
