Lindsay was the perfect fit for our group. We were a group of ladies in town for a bachelorette party with different ranges of experience in yoga. She offered a unique experience for us and was a great start to a fabulous weekend. Booking was very easy and she was very quick with her responses. She went above and beyond to ensure we were able to do yoga on the beach and checked with officials which took the responsibility off us. The yoga session itself was awesome. She offered a mix of relaxation and flexibility poses as well as more difficult poses that were great to challenge ourselves. Lastly, she took pictures for us and provided our group with goodie bags which was a nice surprise. All in all, Lindsay went above and beyond and was really able to understand our needs and we all appreciated it. I would recommend her to any groups and individual in the area.

Ms. Suzanne is very hands on and knowledgeable. She has helped me for 2 years with competitive yoga. I placed last year at nationals and hope to place, again, this year! Ms. Suzanne has coached me via Skype and also in person. She is easy to work with and explains things very well!

There are no words that can express how thankful I am for Cristina. The combination of her intuitively guided yoga, her remarkable ability to pinpoint areas of concern, her sincere observation, her suggestions that literally break down walls, to her natural healing ability.     Grant is an inspiring and very talented yoga instructor. He is not just a great instructor, but someone who makes you feel comfortable and is like you knew him for years. He is very humble and he is very professional, and you will not be dissapointed! Grant is very patient and will support you from the level you are at even when you're being difficult and can't seem to get a pose right. He's just a very sweet, caring person by the way he teaches his class. Keeps everyone relaxed and smiling through the whole process. For that reason I enjoy yoga and he inspired me to continue yoga-practice at home when I don't have much time to get to class after work.

      The Yoga Shala is located in the heart of Winter Park, Florida.
