We hired Raffaele for multiple tasks at our property, fixing a door frame, painting, adding a joint, replacing pipe plugs, fixing tiles, cables etc. We met him and discussed with him the work to be done and prices. He was always on time, responsive and available. We even had to call hime for a verification of a job done after the work was finished, he was very prompt and communicative. Will definitely call him for other jobs.

Hired for a shutter installation. Workers arrived and didn't not have the tools to install shutters. It was a rental property so the tenants actually had to help and provide the tools. Last minute job, not sure if fair price. The man I spoke with was super punctual, friendly and followed up if we needed the shutters taken down. Since it was a last minute job during the hurricane chaos, I would consider giving them a second chance.

I can’t say enough amazing things about Leonel and his assistant, they were amazing!!!I originally called Leo to give me an estimate on a shiplap fireplace. This was a difficult task because it was to be done over a an existing 1937 keystone mantle, original to the home . I am sure anyone can appreciate my desire to preserve And maintain the original integrity of an 81 year old property. Leo definitely understood this and for that, I am far beyond grateful. His prices are extremely fair and there is no compromise to his professionalism and workmanship. I also entrusted Leo with my daughter’s bedroom laminate flooring,baseboards, the backsplash to my built in wet bar, and crown molding in the living room. He is communicative, knowledgeable, and completely creative. He has been a joy to work with and I would recommend him as well as use him for any future projects. He met all my Expectations and beyond.

My wife and I really enjoyed working with Joey, he was very professional and knowledgeable. We’ve bought other properties and had inspections before but the report we received from Joey is by far the best. The report included pictures and descriptions of every item tested as well as general pictures helping to show the complete story of the state of the property. An issue was found with the shower and with this detailed support we were able to get a credit from the seller without any issues. In addition to the very detailed report Joey was very timely and flexible to meet our needs. He even cane out a second time to see if the sellers had corrected an issue. All around I would strongly recommend him and hope to have him work with us on other projects.

I enjoy working with Tal Daniel and Maxima. Tal is very efficient, professional and has a great work ethic. In some aspects the company is more affordable than other companies (on certain tasks) and in other aspects/projects they can be more expensive, however they will work with your budget, be flexible and assist you with all of your needs. I enjoy having them as our property management company and we look forward to working with them for years to come.

I have several rental properties in the Pompano Beach area as well as my own home that all needed extensive work at one time or another. I have used other companies in the past with a moderate degree of satisfaction. Some years ago I hired Jordan and Robert with All Around Builder to do some renovation work on one of my townhouses and I couldn't have made a wiser choice. Jordan and Robert are true professional. All of their staff are prompt, courteous, and are excellent craftsmen. The prices they charge for their services are very reasonable and comparable to other bids. I feel blessed to have found such a reliable and top shelf construction company and will continue to use them for all of my remodeling/construction needs

I had these guys do a basic bathroom remodel where they changed out the tub and shower and I must say I was thrilled with the result. They paid a lot of attention to detail and they listened to what my wife wanted .They executed the plan and the price was more than fair. They werent the cheapest but the quality of work really showed and Ricardo came to inspect the property several times to make sure that the guys were doing everything correctly.

What is a general contractor?

When starting a home remodel or new construction project, you will probably hire a general contractor. A general contractor is a professional who is qualified to take a set of building plans and construct them as outlined. The general contractor may help perform the day-to-day building, or they may just hire workers and oversee all the work activities. In either case, the job of the general contractor is to see that your project gets built.

When you have a building project, ask for bids from various contractors. The bids tell you how much each will charge and what their scope of work will be. Once you have selected a bid, you sign a contract with that general contractor outlining the specifics of the project and the milestones during the project when they will receive payment installments. What does a property management company do?

Property management companies manage the rental of residential homes, apartments, condos, commercial spaces and retail spaces. Property managers can oversee just a single unit or many properties, whether those sites are inhabited full-time or are vacation rentals. A property management company helps a property owner or landlord find tenants; collects rent; takes care of accounting, property maintenance and repairs; handles on-site management; and manages vacation rental check-in and checkout tasks. Although many property owners or landlords successfully manage their own rental real estate, a property management company can help you handle tenant issues and maintenance problems, especially if you are not located in the same city or state. How do you choose a commercial general contractor?

For example, if you are building a small strip mall, ask if the contractors have experience successfully incorporating all the needed elements such as a parking lot, meeting ADA requirements, accessing the proper permits, and completing work on time.

Once you’ve identified several qualified candidates, request bids for your project and then compare the scope of work with your needs and budget. Your commercial general contractor should oversee design, permitting, construction, materials purchase, and adherence to building code and zoning regulations, as well as sticking to an agreed-upon budget and schedule. It’s important to establish clear communication with your future commercial general contractor, as this will mean a smoother process for everyone. Do property managers need to be licensed?

The licensing requirements for property managers vary from state to state, but many states require property managers to have a real estate broker’s license and in some cases be a legal resident of a state.
