Started training yesterday with O.C. and I am very excited to start my fitness training with such a professional and patience trainer. O.C. walks you through each exercise and encourages you along the way. Super excited to see my results!
Apart from being very fun, sweet and upbeat Anna is showing me a whole new approach to fitness the one that most trainers and athletes will keep a secret. It seems that most trainers never want to show there clients what they actually do, instead take a slow and ordinary exercises to keep clients longer and without dramatic changes. I could tell Anna apart from those trainers right away! I have had prior trainers and never achieved what I wanted nor was ever excited to exercise. With Anna it will be a fun as well as amazing journey to finally reach my goals. Very well equipped, clean and private studio is a wonderful safe naighborhood and very easy to find. I have signed up for a Spartan Race in March and needed help getting some endurance training. I originally signed up for a package because it was a better deal. I have already seen some great results and have decided to buy more sessions. My girl friends attended a group class and we did some unique cross fitness training. He has also mapped out a nutrition plan for me to follow so that I stay healthy during my training. I am very happy with his ability to keep me motivated.
Craig Marks is the first fitness trainer I've ever been to who is always on time and always prepared for everyone's sessions. He takes pride in his fitness studio which is obvious from the second you step foot inside the door and he takes pride in his work ethic. He's always friendly and always ready to push you beyond your limits in a safe manner.
Nolan is an excellent trainer. Very knowledgeable with both the training and diet. Having only been training with him for three I can already see a vast improvement. Our session are always fun and he always mixes it up to keep it interesting and motivational. I can't recommend Nolan highly enough.
Riccardo trained me for almost two months while I was vacationing in Florida . He was AMAZING!!!!!! He was very easy to get along with and I felt comfortable with him from our first meeting ! In the short time we were together he developed a personalized program that consisted of strength /circuit training in my gym Combined with pool training . He is the reason I dropped 15 pounds in the short time we were together . I have had many trainers in my life and I have never met Anyone like Riccardo . As an Orthopedic Surgeon I wanted a personal trainer that had advanced knowledge of applied anatomy. Pedro is a certified strength and conditioning coach. He was by far the best trainer I've ever had or seen. Very professional, knowledgeable, punctual, reliable and cordial. Would recommend highly without reservation. He's the real deal.

Kevin is an excellent trainer! I have been training with him for the last year and I have seen amazing results. His constant motivation and positive attitude makes you want to train that much harder. He is very knowledgeable and professional and he truly wants to see you succeed. His passion for health and fitness is infectious and he really knows how to help you reach your goals. He makes each workout challenging but fun at the same time! He focuses on your form and really encourages you to push yourself. He helps you build confidence in yourself and he truly cares about your progress. She is amazing for many reasons: 1- She is a woman , so she understands me in my bad days. 2- She encourages me throughout 3- Its not only about the training sessions for her...she msgs to see how r u doing and I think is really nice from her to do that. 4- Thanks to her I am really comited to my training and to reach my goals. 5- I used to think that exercises will be boring and She changed my perception. Karla is punctual, professional and I love the way she mixes it up!! It's been almost 2wks(4x/wk) and her workouts are always different. There are some moves I've never seen before! She tailors the sessions to your individual goals and fitness level. Karla executed her first group circuit training session this past weekend and it was very motivating. I am almost 5months postpartum and I can feel my strength and endurance improving.
I have initiated a fitness program more than 2 years ago because Kannel showed me the benefits of strength training. I am a certified Health & Nutrition Coach who was allergic to gyms. I truly believed that if I went training I would transform in the woman Hulk. 2 years later when she finally got her certification I could not pass the opportunity to be trained by this passionate and dedicated fitness woman. Two months ago I decided to get fit and this has been a great overall experience!! I saw results within only one week of training. Legendary Fitness are well organized and provide a clean, welcoming environment with equipment for all my needs. Both, the one on one sessions and the group classes are very creative (Ive never get bored!) plus I get a custom diet designed to meet my personal goals. The exercises along with the constant drive and motivation from my trainer are intense but he keeps the classes fun as I feel myself getting stronger both physically and mentally. We review my diet, training and goals very often. I am very satisfied with Legendary Fitness and I highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in enhancing their physical and psychological well being.
