We had a great experience working with United Mold Inspections! They were very professional and extremely knowledgeable in what they do. They worked directly with my insurance company, so I didn’t pay anything out of pocket. I was very impressed and I’d definitely recommend them!Feb 13, 2020United Mold Inspections's reply

Inspector was very thorough and knowledgeable. Arrived on time and exceeded expectations. Also, the pricing is fair and transparent. I was not pressured into paying for anything additional. Honest people. I recommend.Feb 10, 2020United Mold Inspections's reply
Thank you, Jacob. We appreciate you!
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? We offer different pricing options depending on the situation and what is needed. We offer flat rate pricing for general inspections, which include the entire inspection/assessment, includes all equipment and technology, as well as 3 test samples which get sent to a third-party certified laboratory for analysis and reporting. We also work with all major homeowners insurance companies to cover the inspection and testing fees if your situation is related to a claim. Call us to find out more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Because each situation is different, we like to take the time to understand each customers situation in order to help us better assess a property. Understanding the reason for the need of the inspection or testing greatly benefits both us and the customer, and we're able to provide the best service we possibly can in any unique inspection service appointment. Furthermore, because we make certain recommendations based on findings, when an inspection is conducted and the analysis report is received from the lab, we're able to blend both the inspection, and the labs analysis to give our most accurate advice and consultations on next steps.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We keep up with industry standards, as well as continuing education on a regular basis. Hiring an educated, experienced, and knowledgeable assessor is one of the most important things that should be on your priority list when shopping around for a mold inspector or assessor. Fancy marketing and expensive equipment is easy to obtain, but only a fraction of assessors are willing to go above and beyond to educate themselves to better serve customers.
