- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All jobs will be different even with square/linear feet estimate. Depending on access or terrain difficulty as well as customizations, prices will always be subject to change(more and even less $). Written contract will be provided before construction start date and walk through with final approval signatures afterwards. All projects will require down payment in a % of total project with remaining balance due immediately upon completion. *The % down of upcoming project is not a set increment and is subject to change depending on project scope. Ex. Certain projects will require 50% down and some 15-xx%, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified in General Carpentry and welding. OSHA certified First aid and cpr certified Scaffold certified Industrial lift and truck certified Associate's Degree with Bachelor's in Progress. (7 years) In general and ride construction at Walt Disney World Orlando working on numerous projects. Art of Animation, Test Track reconstruction (GM) 2012, Seven Dwarf's mine train Animal Kingdom's "Rivers of Light" , Avatar (Current), Disney water parks reconstruction, Splash Mountain reconstruction, Pirate's of the Caribbean reconstruction, Animal Kingdom's Tree of Life reconstruction, Animal kingdom's Lion King reconstruction, ESPN reconstruction, Starbucks construction, Kali River Rapids reconstruction.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started out in the industry at a young age. Afterwards, I was introduced to an opportunity through the union to become certified after 4 years of schooling in the industry. During the process I was hired on by Disney where I have been working consistently for the past 7 years.
