Family operated LMS has been wonderful to work with! I have a pretty time intensive themed home in Kissimmee, usually with back-to-back bookings. LMS keeps it immaculately cleaned, stocked and maintained, working efficiently with the available time between bookings. Restocking is included in the property management fees, which I think is great value, since I offer a lot of amenities. I also really appreciate that they do a walkthrough before every booking to make sure everything is ready for the next guests. If any issues do arise during a stay, LMS is quick to respond with whatever is needed. My standards are high and I feel very fortunate to have found a property management company that is able to accommodate them. Their hard work really shines through in all the 5 star reviews the rental receives. Additionally, the property has been featured by influencers and travel blogs, in large part due to LMS. I highly recommend LMS to other home owners!
