I requested a reinstall of Windows XP due to various registry errors
and a corrupted Outlook Express. When the technician, Brian, called
to introduce himself and to clarity my request, I explained why I still
use Windows XP. He understood and said it would be ready Tuesday. It was. We talked. All is well with the reinstall. I'm very pleased with the result and the way Brian stayed in touch as needed
and answered some final questions when I retrieved my laptop.
