I hired B&B cleaning and they were going to come out at 4 pm on 8/7/14 they originally were going to be there earlier but I said no problem. THey came and were shocked by the lack of A/C which I forgot to mention as I was not living in the home I was renting it out. They stayed for about 2 hours and cleaned the sink which was AWFUL and did an AMAZING job I do not deny that. THen they left and were supposed to be back a few days later but were having car issues, on the 9th they texted me they would come back on the 12th (ute which I interpretd as Tuesaday) in her text message. I got a phone call at one point and they dialed the wrong number when I told Belinda Headrick who it was she promptly hung up on me. I called and texted a few times but got no reply. Finally on the 12th they said they had car problems and had to cancel all jobs and will be out later in the week and tried to weasel out saying "if you still need me let me know" I replied "sorry to hear about your car problems yes I still need you and hope to have you out here soon when you can , hope your situation gets fixed soon." they replied "If not this week I will see if I can get a ride over" On the 20th I texted saying "hey tried calling haven't heard back, any updates? NO RESPONSE On the 24th I texted again "can you please get back to me, I'd like to get this done soon. " She replied "I found out my hr tonite then said I will tex u when I do and I can come this week okay. and tried raising the price on me (maybe forgot) but also neglected some areas of the house we had agreed upon.. I replied and corrected her she said Okay yes and then added "and you said you would pick up the floor" Trying to get me to help clean when I had hired her to do this. WEEK LATER 8/31/14 I TEXTED Hey Belinda hope things are well and picking up for you please get back to me when you can would love to get this taken care of, please text or call with a date. NO RESPONSE DAYS LATER 9/2 Hello its Belinda I have two hours before I hav to go back to work do you think we can get this done, I have to much personal stuff and at work, please let me know. So I raced home as I was not there and waited, Belinda said she thinks she can get most done but not all and asked for the address, I sent it to her. SHE NO SHOWED/NO CONTACED today is now 9/10 I still have not heard back from her, and since hired someone else 3B's Janitorial Services and they came out and did the job in a few hours, came when they said they would and did what they were hired to.. DO NOT HIRE BELINDA IF YOU WANT SOMETHING DONE RIGHT AWAY.. I do understand that their was no air conditioning in the home but to lead me on when she was hired on 8/5 and was still leading me on up to 9/2 is ridiculous and highly unprofessional! What she did do In the sink was awesome, she is a good cleaner but a bad professional in my opinion AND experience.
