All wood 2x6 wall house, cedar siding, A frame, not your typical florida house. No stucco, no mortar, etc. Gone for 10 days, water heater blew, running for 8 days, 37,000 gallons later, water still running,, we walked in. 3/4" wood floors buckled, mold actually blooming. That night, after midnight, received responses from Wendy at Unlimited, and 2-3 other restoration companies. Interviewed 2 the next morning. Let me tell you what, Unlimited was hired on the spot, They separated themselves from the rest, 25 years experience, but mostly because they, the owners, not employees, are in charge, onsite, and truly, treat your disaster, and it is, as if it is their own. Their Claim handling and documentation blows away many so-called competitors. You will be impressed.Jan 12, 2016Verified

- What types of customers have you worked with?Water Damage Restoration, Mold Remediation, Mold Testing, Bio-Hazardous Clean Up, Fire Damage Restoration, and Crime Scene Clean Up.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Ask to see the Licenses & Certifications of the technician(s) coming to your home. Ask how many years they have been working in this industry. If they are an independent company (not a franchise) ask to see their Commercial Pollution & Liability Insurances. General Liability Insurance does NOT cover workmanship!
