I have been in business 5+ years, and have a decade of experience in the family garden business. I can weed, prune/hedge, mulch, install and maintain ornamental shrubs, divide and transplant your perennials, or redesign your outdoor space with wonderful arrangements for low maintenance, season long color. Ryan did an amazing job of weeding for me on my front yard which needed lots of help - he was very meticulous, professional, hard working and knowledgeable. I will be using Ryan's services again in May for the back yard and again when possible for maintenance. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically respond via text or through the app. If pictures and a scope description are not included in the request, I would prefer pictures and a description before our preliminary conversation, and prior to a site visit. Estimates will be sent via PDF with a breakdown of scope as well as before and after pictures.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
It is a family business. Other members of my family have new england-based personal guarding services.
