Thiago and team did a really good job on my flooring. We removed carpet and installed laminate in about 1500 sq ft which included stairs. From the outset, Thiago was a pleasure to work with. For me he delivered on Quality - it’s been a couple of weeks since the work has been finished, and no complaints. Appreciated the leveling work he did on the concrete, so we wouldn’t have problems later. Professionalism - the team was always on time, and completed the job in exactly the number of days that they had predicted. Cost - no surprises at the end. Though he provided great value for me. Overall, I’m happy to have worked with Thiago and his team, and would gladly have him work on any future similar work of mine.

I can not say enough good things about Thiago and his staff. We got left in a lurch by a previous contractor and were fortunate enough to find Floorinstall. They were everything that you wish for in a flooring contractor - dependable, talented, friendly, hard-working and reasonably priced. The floors look amazing, the work was impeccable and we are absolutely thrilled with what was done. I will definitely be using them again in the future for all my flooring needs!

I love my new floors! Working with Thiago and his crew was a great experience. This is job 1 of 2. He and his team came daily and were quiet. I never had to worry about what they were doing. They were friendly and courteous. I made a mistake with my colors but they worked with me and helped me make an immediate fixed. My home is big but the outcome is amazing. I truly appreciate their professionalism and dedication to detail. I would recommend them to anyone.

Thiago had to redo my floors because the guy that originally did my floors did a very bad and lazy job. Super happy that Thiago fixed it. Thiago did my stairs. He was very fast but did a very nice excellent quality job for a really good and affordable price. I would recommend him to anyone that is looking for a really hard worker that gets the job done!

This was my first experience using Thumbtack and glad I did. Thiago gave me a fair price and did a great job. I was comfortable having him in the house and even left him alone when running a short errand. He did a great job with the master bedroom and closet using vinyl plank flooring. I would definitely recommend Thiago and use him again.

We offer free carpet removal/disposal and one year warranty in all of our installation services
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we let the customers show us what they are looking for. Then we give them options to reach that goal, guiding with the choosing of the rigth materials, type of preparation needed and the safety guide lines for a proper installation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Many years doing the work every single day lead us through as many scenarios as we can imagine. But I confess that we continue learning with ever new installation, new obstacles, new problem in order to find the better solutions for our customers.
