I reached out to Sunset Tropical via Thumbtack in late February or very early March. Their employee, Ileana, messaged me back, came to my house and then gave me a quote. I told them I would like the service to begin and I got zero response. After several weeks she responded that she had been out of work sick. (Does their business just shut down because she's out of work?) I told her that we wanted the service beginning immediately and that was more than 2 months ago. Haven't heard a word from her since. I guess she's sick again... At best, this company is unreliable. But in reality, they suck. If you can't call somebody back about wanting to start service after you said you would the, I imagine they will never show up and if they do the job's going to be shit. Thus, their horrible reviews.

1. It was to cover the whole front yard, did leave 1 side asked for more money. 2. Covered and blocked all the sprinklers 3. Didn't level the ground, poor ground preparation 4. No maintenance instructions regarding frequent watering, etc. 5. Not responding to text, phone calls and email after the work is done. Very poor service, never hire or recommend to anyone
