- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is flat rate, by the job and up front, before we start. We offer savings, multi-task discounts and always honor military, veterans, law enforcement, first responder client pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call us to set a time for us to visit you, provide options for the plumbing repairs or remedies you request. Will handle the tasks you authorize us to either immediately or scheduled depending on your wishes. Once complete we’ll provide you with all documentation, reports and/or media involved with your service.
