We use products that are environmentally friendly and bring a highly organized, professional approach to animal grooming. We pride ourselves on our innovative mobile design, heated hydro-bath, and our Aussie Pet Mobile grooming service which assures that your pet has a complete and comfortable experience every time. We offer all our customers a spa service bath with nail clipping, nail grinding, brushing, Shampoo with our hydrobath system, ear and eye cleaning towel dry, fluffy dry, paw pad trimming, a light fragrance & Tasty treats (with you approval) and a bandana. We also offer additionnal like De-Shedding Treatment, Shave-downs, Puppycuts, Flea and Tick Shampoos, Teeth Brushing. The Fabulous “FURminator” Reduces Shedding by 60-80%. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies according to each pet and is determined by breed, size and the condition of your pet. Additional charges apply for other services provided which may include but not be limited to: de-matting, de-shedding, clipping, excessive coat and flea treatments due to the additional time and materials it takes to safely complete such services. We offer a discount for multi pets.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We explain how we work and the customer signs the company policies and pet release form. If customer wishes, he can visit the work space inside the van.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our groomers are very experienced groomers : Glynis 20 years of grooming experience, Cindy 42 years of experience, Jaimie 8 years, Lori 27 years, Lisa 27 years, Johanna 9 years, Jessie 3 years, and our dispatcher Lauren 9 years.
