I absolutely loved my first trial session with Kaizen Training! First of all we organized it within a few days and thankfully he could accommodate his time I could train. We discussed my goals and put together training plan that tested my abilities! During the session he was very attentive to my strengths and weaknesses and I felt very comfortable throughout the class.
I was reluctant to try training because I HATE exercising but Nick made it fun and easy. He came out to where I needed him and tailored the workout to my needs. He did not let me quit and pushed me just the right amount. I lost weight and even more important I felt healthier. I would highly recommend him to even the most reluctant.
Jordan is the best trainer I've had by far! He takes his time training my sister and I and it really shows through his work. Every exercise/routine he has us perform when we train with him is vigorous and you see results! My sister is getting married and I haven't felt more comfortable and better than i do now about wearing a dress to her wedding and looking skinny! His work and motivation to push you to see the results both you and him want is great because he never let's you give up! I also am a fitness trainer and we can involve weight training if you want, including improving jumping. I enjoy working with kids and have worked with a few kids at Broken Sound Country Club on improving their basketball skills.
