Excellent work very professional. I had an intermittent problem with my key board. The technician logged on at 4:00 on Friday and worked diligently until 8:00 to fix the problem.Jun 26, 2017Verified
Very happy with the immediate help I got in cleaning the bad stuff out of my computer. Also, I had a few follow-up issues that were handled very professionally and kindly. I'm 70 years old and do not speak computer. The folks I spoke to never talked down to me or minimized my concerns. That's a very powerful plus in this day and age!Jul 26, 2016Verified

He contacted me with a quote I knew couldn't be beat and was easily to afford (with my dads help for the loan) and he fixed my issue and others that occurred during his helpful service.... I will be saving his contact info for future reference and if Ik of others in need of his help I'll send them his way!Nov 15, 2014Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? We prefer that our customers get unlimited fixes with a yearly plan so complicated pricing can be avoided. Generally, if it is the first time we have worked on a computer, depending on how it is, work will range from $100-$250. Usually, $40/hr is what it comes out to for one time fixes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Yes, working in the IT field forces you to stay up to date on the changing trends.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I've loved computers since I was a child and when the opportunity presented itself, I jumped on it.
